DR. RONALD STEIN
Dr. Stein was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Lyndhurst, Ohio and Virginia Beach, Virginia. He graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio and received his Doctorate in 1990.
Dr. Stein completed three years of training in the medical and surgical treatment of foot and ankle pathology beginning with his residency training at the Miami Veterans Administration Medical Center in Miami, Florida where he received special experience in limb salvage for the at risk diabetic patient. He also completed rotations in internal medicine, rheumatology, radiology, pathology, and dermatology. Dr. Stein completed his surgical residency training at Francis Scott Key Medical Center of Johns Hopkins University and the Montgomery Surgery Center in Maryland. He then completed a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery with a concentration in reconstructive diabetic foot surgery at The Tidewater Foot and Ankle Center and the Sentara Bayside Hospital in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Dr. Stein returned to northeast Ohio in 1994 and established a practice in Hudson, Ohio which he still maintains. He resides in Solon with his wife Audrey and two children, Dylan and Danielle. In his free time Dr. Stein enjoys hiking and outdoor activities with his family.
Dr. Stein is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons and is a member of the American College of Foot Surgeons. He is on staff at Medina Hospital- Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
